So the vote is leave meaning we are going to leave. EU want clarity so article 50 is passed and everyone knows exactly what it means and when it's happening. I'm not sure what's confusing and why both sides aren't prepared for leaving and haven't both worked towards a deal if leaving under article 5...

I'd only even consider another referendum with Leave, the Deal and Remain on the paper. Remain having to beat the other options combined result by a 60/40% split. Remain losing and the people answering the question of deal or no deal at the same time.
