Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread

Be specific. You're just talking generalist 'vibes' bollocks at the moment. Which games/sides did England have parity with up front? Which games/sides did England better up front? Specifics. Too busy, like I said it's only my opinion on a forum. Let's see what he comes up with when calling the shot...

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread

Really? They got battered up front by NZ, Ireland, France and SA this year, and were barely at parity with the Argies. The Scots ran them ragged in the 6N too. What games/sides are you referring to? I disagree with most of that. We've had some hidings but also showed up well. Let's see how a pack h...

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread

Then what, given that England has a specialist scrum coach, do you think Cockers has actually been doing for a year? What specifically makes you think he "did well with what he had"? Cockers is a marmite figure but will sure things up and straighten the pack out I recon. He left Edinburgh under a cloud, and was deeply unpopular by all accounts. Why is it all so personal with Eddie? I don't want or need his life story to see that his results aren't good enough as a rugby coach. Re: The Wales Georgia game is an example of why there will never be Promotion or Relgation

Italy can't fill their own or any other stadium in 6ns fixtures. It'll improve if they continue to be competitive but has taken decades. Each team would send out an A side and smash Germany etc. Even Georgia who I'm chuffed for will recognize that Wales were pants and well of the usual pace. The Ita...

Re: The Wales Georgia game is an example of why there will never be Promotion or Relgation

Personally I would rather watch and WR support the current European championship (REC?) I think it's rivalries and brand should not be viewed as a B 6ns but build it's own history. This idea of adding to the 6ns would kill the tournament with meaningless fixtures casual fans don't care about. I also...
