Re: Wallabies 2025: Revenge of the Schmidt
...which is the sort of things that happen when you have the reserves for province sides run out. How many were missing from the Reds? 10? The Force had a whole bunch of ring ins too. A full Wallabies team will be much more competitive, play with a better game plan, and will do far fewer errors, th...

Re: Wallabies 2025: Revenge of the Schmidt
It was a pretty weak Reds team though. I’d have expected that Reds team to get rolled by a similar score by the Crusaders or similar too. What is good to see is both the Reds and the Force games were close at half time before the Lions ran away with it. The Wobs won’t fall off the cliff depth wise ...

Couldn't agree more. At 1.98 metres at lock, we just can't afford to give up 4-5 cm on most of the world's elite locks. However, at blindside, he is exactly what we need. Hopefully with Lord/Retallick at the Chiefs that will push him to 6 next year. At 21, he's still young enough to make the transi...

Re: The Welcome to Country - what's going on?
The acknowledgement of country is a bit overdone but it really only annoys white racists. I think the reality is that the vast majority of people who don't like it just find it boring and a bit of an eye-roll in the "more woke shit" sense, but aren't really racists and are just a bit too tone-deaf ...

He's been outstanding Really put his hand up for a test place He has been great! But Bin is ref in first test :uhoh: Morgan hasn’t played a bad game in his life....

The big problem with Oz rugby is kicking - it's diabolical. There is not a good flyhalf in the country. It's like we don't understand how the opposition applies pressure all the time.

For those interested in the strength of SR, this Reds side has 12 internationals (including 2 x ABs) and is missing 9 more through injury and Wobs’ duty.
The Lions should grind them down - a gulf in kicking, the Reds’ back row will be a step behind and they have a couple of potatoes on the bench.
