Great work wamberal, you're definitely very active! The majority of my friends are dead. Why the focus on isometric stuff? Not a focus, it is an add on. Just gives me a bit more activity. (It is recommended by a Professor Gordon Lynch, we have been listening to his programme on the ABC for years.)

I'm still alive. I do a lot of fairly gentle work, cardio every day (usually the indoor bike for the sake of my leg strength). Weights twice a week.
