The Reds were terrible, almost without exception.

Great to see another NSW reject in Tizzano doing well. Not to mention Eastwood product Nick White.


And Donaldson was outstanding. HMP did okay when he came on, but it was all over by then.

Simon Cron shows why he is one of our best coaches.

Great work wamberal, you're definitely very active! The majority of my friends are dead. Why the focus on isometric stuff? Not a focus, it is an add on. Just gives me a bit more activity. (It is recommended by a Professor Gordon Lynch, we have been listening to his programme on the ABC for years.)

I'm still alive. I do a lot of fairly gentle work, cardio every day (usually the indoor bike for the sake of my leg strength). Weights twice a week. Isometric strength exercises and similar work every other day. Floor exercises every day. Considering that I have spinal stenosis I am doing okay. Gre...

There was a segment on morning tv interviewing one of the passengers. From what he said, this is potentially serious. According to him, the plane lost power and dived for a minute or so. Gordon gets nowhere near it. I would go Lonergen and one of the Reds boys. The other and Tate as the backups. When I say world class I mean blokes like Bobby V and TT and Lenny Ikitau.
