Re: **OFFICIAL** Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Thread
A replacement has been called into the BF squad for AdP who has been invalided out of the World Cup. Media speculation is on Hannah King or Mererangi Paul. The good money is on Hannah King as she’s played as a second-five more often than Paul and she was pulled out of the Canterbury FPC match v Auck...

Re: **OFFICIAL** Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Thread
ruby tui has been on every england game. bbc has no doubt paid her a large fee and they think everyone adores her- but personally I would prefer not to see someone so firmly in the kiwi camp and desperate for them to win, on every england game. She's as nauseating as Sara Orchard. do you think NZ t...

I hope Setefano is fit to play. She’s my preferred 12. Demant can shift in to 12 and Brazier finally makes an appearance at this World Cup at 10. Otherwise, Holmes could be brought in there as a last ditch option. I’d prefer Demant at 12 option.

Re: TRC 2025 - Pumas tour of Australia
Great match. Excellent comeback from the wobs albeit not enough this week to get over the line but what an atmosphere the Argie fans make. Far more life in them than the senior citizens who made the trip out for the Lions tour.

Re: Charlie Kirk Assassinated
Has a video of the shooting been released yet? All I've seen is a video of him giving a public address shortly beforehand. I found it all over the internet within a couple of hours of said incident. Probably needs to be taken down for the sake of his kids and family but a lot of the people posting ...

Lastly, I think this coach deserves HUGE kudos. Previous coaches stuck with the bosh-bash-kick-for-the-corner-lineout-drive style, which was fine against minnows and could edge them into a semi half the time, but the Frenchman (actually from France, transplanted to Quebec) has challenged them to mo...

Re: **OFFICIAL** Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Thread
All those good Aussie players like Miller and Halse are wasted. Halfback is far too slow to clear. When they beat France in 2023, they had a far more expansive game using the full width of the field and quick ruck ball. I know Yap has tried to improve the forwards and for 40mins against England the...

Re: Razor out!!
Yeah he doesnt have the cattle that Hansen did but there were a shit load of players grossly out of position constantly and also players just standing around ball watching. That's part of the coaches job. That's mental capitulation from the shock of knowing deep down that they weren't good enough t...

Re: **OFFICIAL** Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Thread
Canadians are very well organised. Probably one of the few teams (along with NZ) that can compete with England. So far this WC I would say Canada and NZ have played better rugby than england. I wouldnt say just compete-I think both can beat England unless england really up their game. This canadian...

I think Sanzar should start up a RC tourney with the Saffas & Oz (hosted in one country to save costs). Lolohea is utterly crap at lineout time yet continues to get selected. Another Bunting stupidity I imagine Connor was the next choice, but from FPC performances Haupapa-Barrett is still confidently doing the basics very well. Both of them are miles better than Lolohea. South africa were totally dominant first 20 but then some of the most clueless rugby you will see and black ferns score 2 quick tries. BF playing into their hands by continually kicking to them. They are just keeping the ball. Have to say though this ref holds the scrum call so long it’s ridiculous - get on with it.

OK, so what do we think Razor is doing wrong? With Foster you could see a consistently poor game plan being repeated over and over, the infamous "fossie ball". And a tendency to screw players around resulting ina team that rarely felt settled. What is the Razor equivalent of those things? Click her...

Keep running it at them and keep the points ticking over because this Boks side still have plenty of running left in them. Defence won't be enough. Still, for all their massive firepower in the backs, it took a Proctor intercept for them to score.
