Re: 2021 Lions Tour Fixtures
South Africa Rugby has revealed the cost of a ticket to watch the world champion Springboks take on the British and Irish Lions next year. Prime seats at Soccer City (Soweto), Cape Town Stadium and Ellis Park (Johannesburg) will set the man in the street back a lofty ZAR3000, while the same ticket ...

Re: Australia eager to harvest Hong Kong's human capital
I'm sure that Australia is not alone. I was living in HK during the handover and then Canada was the prefferred destination to anyone leaving. The very rich had already made their own arrangements for themselves and their money secreted in London and and into accounts around the world, and I have li...

Hate seeing litter anywhere. Until recently we had a problem with flytippers dumping stuff from vans on the side of country lanes, however local farmers caught a few a while back and we no longer have that problem.

If the players (especially the black players) have an issue with it, ban it. If not, tell the PC brigade to piss off. I don't think that's how it should work. Presumably they want rugby to be inclusive. Having this repeated controversy over this song can't help. It feels like when in the spirit of ...

Re: China backlash?
As I stated before, money/jobs/business will be the priority on most people/govts minds after this pandemic. The backlash vs China will be very limited. I agree. With many countries likely to be in recession after I don’t see much backlash towards China at all. Perhaps from Trump if he gets re-elec...

I’ve only recently started listening to his show and I think they are hit or miss depending on the guest. I just finished the Eddie Izzard episode which was quite good . The Ted Nugent episode was just as I expected. He does seem to get a hard on with ex Navy Seals, who I have found pretty dull. Apa...

Nah, I'm going more for ordinary* players who had a ridiculous performance or set of performances before dropping away for whatever reason. Henry was a hard toiler and made the absolute most of his talents. Very good player to have in the team, but he didn't have an abberation high in performance t...

For me the two pods they did with Ben Ryan were the most interesting. He talked about his time coaching Fiji 7s to the Olympics. I'm not convinced there really is much blame to push on China or the WHO. I'm not sure who gets to pull the trigger and say "OK, shut down China".
