Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

O's did look decent last week. But they've mostly shite this year and must be missing a fair few themselves.

This Leinster 2nd's team has been walloping teams all season. Won't put the house on it - maybe the shed though.

Leinster -9 tonight. Is that not a bit short? Would have expected it to be closer to -15 going on both teams recent form.

Is there something I'm not seeing in this picture?

Moved to D16 from D9 in the last 15 months. Not that aware of who the candidates are out here. Anyone know the candidates out here well? I'll probably go blushirts again this time, still too soon for me to go back to FF. Might throw a public transport protest vote to the tree huggers so long as I a...

I think Molony was captain. Very interesting. He has been a slow burner but now he’s turning into a hard nosed lock and a leader. Very impressed with him and Toner this evening. Agreed. Yep. Easy to forget he's only 25. Wasn't enthusiastic when I didn't see Fardy on the teemsheet but Ross loooked l...

San TroBray is the jewel of north Wicklow.

The only downside being that the normaly stunning views form the head and Little Sugarloaf sometimes are blighted by being able to see Wales.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Betting on Leinster to beat the spread is just free money this season so far (Zebre being the one exception).

-3 on bet 365 bdfore the game started and then doubled down at half time at -27.5 when they were already 29 points ahead.

Bookies just don't seem to have a handle on rugby spreads.

Would be great to see Wales go all the way. By far the soundest set of real world fans left in the tourney, despite all the window lickers round here.

But tbh, this weekend I'll be cheering for nz to win by 7 and boks to win by 8

Neale Redmond on the BBCs Hardtalk over the weekend. He did very well to keep his cool in the face of some pretty ignorant (both of the EU and how it works, and Ireland) questions. And, yes, Timmy Dooley featured prominantly. Apparently he represents the Fianna Fáil position to the BBC. Worth a lis...

The headline is a bit misleading. All he said was that people are stuck in a rental trap (true) and that rental payments could count towards savings (dangerous). Well, it's the Indo. Re: Heineken European Champions Cup Final: Saracens V Leinst

No complaints. Well deserved Saracens. Narrow momentum shifts, and Leinster came out second best. Leavy, VdF, holding onto Joey, or a few breaks on the field could of made a difference, but that's pro rugby. Only solace to take is that there is so few genuine Sarries fans to endure shadenfreude from...
