Re: Wales v's Georgia Official Match Thread
Well done Geogria, can only hope that you as a team kick on from here and do well in the World Cup, getting out of your group would be an immense effort. It's steady progress, fortunately, been waiting for a T1 scalp for 25 years now. Always thought we'd beat Scotland first, but I guess we caught W...

Re: Wales v's Georgia Official Match Thread
The last few scrums caught Wales off guard I think because we mostly avoided it throughout the game. - I guess the coaches realized they had something special with the new guys so they kept them hidden til the end. It definitely made a difference. I hope to see it in a higher definition now because ...

Anyone know what the world record is for holding your breath? Congrats, better team Thanks, I'm sure you guys will be better prepared for the world cup. I was way too immersed to do the interwebz. Re: Georgia v Samoa @ Tbilisi - Saturday 12th November
https://youtu.be/y2rsZy4CerA Full match on YouTube (Georgian commentary) Good game imo. Samoa needs more games against forward-oriented opponents like Georgia before the next World Cup. That was a long time ago. We have one of the weakest packs in the world cup atm. The Georgian captain is borderin...

Goes to lifestyle choices. You can replace the hard physical work with exercising in the gym, at home or on the streets. You have the choice not to use Uber Eats or go to McDonalds but cook healthy from scratch. Look at Thailand. Everyone outside the cities is slim... often work all day in the fiel...

Sometimes it just takes time rather than they can't coexist. Even the different European/white people within the US took time to coexist as they were not culturally homogenous. Meanwhile, in the former Yugoslavia cultures that were much closer than many multicultural countries fell apart over relat...

Re: Your Typical Daily Diet
From a personal experience, I can only advise more protein and less sugar/carb for energy levels. I don't eat any breads/grains/cereals even though I used to love them, I figured out that they were the reason for my constant fatigue and shitty mood throughout my early twenties. I still eat them on o...

The Stranger is definitely a Maiar. What else could he be? Iirc it was Radagast who introduced Gandalf to the hobbits. Coild be him. Could also be Gandalf. Maiar arrived from Valinor on a ship and Gandalf wasn't the main guy, it was Saruman. Lone Maiar dropping out of a sky..... ehh why am I even t...

Re: That Amazon 'Lord of the Rings' miniseries
I finally watched it. I think as a standalone fantasy it would've been ok. But as a Tolkien show, it's laughably bad. I'm not even gonna get into it because I had about 10 issues on average with every scene. The most laughable thing that happened was Galadriel jumping off her ship near Aman and swim...

Much agree. Carbs and the cravings that go with them are y problem. But fasting does have benefits, your body does different things when you aren't digesting foot and it's good for you. In my experience, it's not fasting per se but avoiding sugars, carbs and shitty fats. if you go with foods high in protein and dietary fiber you can eat up, feel full and not really get hungry or fat. Oh and sip on water all day - or tea if you like. You might get cravings for a week but after that...

I always love this talk from people that have no idea what the word budget means. Where's the money coming from? Eh, Georgia lost with huge margins in 2003. Give them a few cycles and they'll improve. don't think that's such a huge deal tbh, Most T1 fans will pass on those games anyway. Besides Portugal, US and Spain wouldn't lose by that much. Idk why Rugby World is soo resistant to change. Fans and suits al...

France showed up with Georgian discipline today but we have no back line so can't take advantage of it. Our 10 doesn't exist on the field. He gifted an interception try to France. What a shame This tournament certainly makes me feel better about the level of Rugby I played that's for sure. :D

MOTM was the fullback Niniashvili, who is only 19. He's an amazing player: breaks tackles at will, has good pace, has a good boot, is awesome in the air and is a very strong defender.
