Re: Razor out!!

How has Richie Mo suddenly become the answer to turning the ABs around when that never looked like happening for almost the entire time he actually played for them?

Re: Round 2: All Blacks vs Springboks: MATCH THREAD: Sept 13

I kind of feel the problem is similar to what we had with Foster. We just don't have enough world class players.

You can blame the coaches all you like, but the problem is more fundamental.

We are still one of the top teams, but we are going to see more results like this every so often.

Re: Round 2: All Blacks vs Springboks: MATCH THREAD: Sept 13

We seemed to forget the basics all to often in favor of stupid high risk plays that just handed the ball back to the Boks without our defence being set. I can't imagine that was part of the actual game plan. Just kept kicking the ball away.. even when in a good position... was criminal at times... ...

How do you think BB went tonight? Set up the first two tries didn't he? I hate when one comes off just because it seems to justify all the shit ones. First try was all Natasha to be fair, the dive catch and slide, get up and throw that dummy. Class. Second was straight to Sititi and inside ball to ...

Re: Rugby Championship: All Blacks vs Springboks: MATCH THREAD: Saturday 6th Sept

I think this is more of a coaching issue than targeting non-crusader players. Steve Hansen, Ian Foster and now Scott Robertson, as well as their assistants, have all failed to produce high performing backlines with BB at 10. Leon Macdonald and Vern Cotter have also failed at SR level. Perhaps it's ...

It's hard to be objective as a fan. I still feel the refs decision at the end of the third lions test against NZ in 2017 was one of the objectively worst decisions I have ever seen in rugby. Mind you others may have a different view.
