Re: All Blacks V France B 2nd Test Match Thread.
I don’t like mo at ten, and that’s mainly due to the casual disregard he is showing nz rugby and the all blacks. If he makes himself available after the Japanese contract ends, I reckon any previous all blacks coach would tell him to fudge himself. Robertson though? I don’t know. He clearly wanted h...

Re: All Blacks V France B 2nd Test Match Thread.
BB is clearly kicking according to a defined gameplan and he wasn’t the only one. It’s surprising how often people are bringing this up as a criticism. If you want to criticise him, criticise the accuracy of his kicks, not the frequency.

It’s not as important as you all think if we are targeting the next rwc. Far more important to get the current gen’s comfortable in whatever new system Robertson is introducing.

I don’t rate Reece much but one thing he does well is chase kicks. We seriously missed that last night. It frustrates me as it’s something that should be a winger's bread and butter and I shouldn’t be praising anyone for it. It should be expected.

Typically untidy first test of the year. If we’re that bad again next week I’ll worry, but no stress for now. We did well to adjust our game in the last 15 and hold on, a Fozzie team loses this one by playing the same way all test and turning down that three. The big positive is Holland. A revelati...

Is Beauden now higher on the 10 pecking order than McKenzie ? Will he make the squad up to the next RWC or are you getting Richie back ? Ritchie will be back with Love elevated . I dunno, he will be coming into the team cold in World Cup year won’t he? Not many coaches would pick from that but we k...

Having Mo’unga, DMac, BB as options at 10 in 2027 isn’t bad. But what happens if we have a situation like 2011 again, when Carter, Slade and Cruden all got crocked? One of the young 10s needs to be given significant time in the squad before then. What if we develop two more 10s but all five get inj...

This thread is an interesting example of people listing achievements (awards and trophies) vs how well they actually played and how long they were considered number one. It’s interesting how the SH view DuPont as well. We simply don’t see him as often as NH viewers do, and I understand that’s mainl...

Roberston seems to have been driven in a quest for immediate results without considering the future. I can see the allure of a huge pay check in signing for three seasons. Yeah that's a massive, overlooked factor. Star Wars. The originals is the most overrated trilogy in Cinema history, and the others are either mildless dross or actual human excrement.
