Re: OFFICIAL Brexit Thread
So the new border checks are go come this April 30th. With only the slight caveat that rates of inspections for all commodity groups will be set to zero otherwise there'd be delays and rising costs. Utter sodding shitshow, or to steal a line I've seen better organised riots. At this point unless the...

Re: U.S. politics thread and Joe Biden-the Ronan O'Gara of U.S. Presidents
Some delightful shilling on behalf of Russia. One could just as easily contend, and perhaps more accurately, a Ukraine that was also attuned to the West was more valuable to the West for how that would deepen the connection to Russia. And no matter how much Ukraine looked increasingly to the West th...

The epic around DJT is an odd one. Massively overvalued from the get go, reminiscent of the best of the dotcom bubble, and now being shorted in a way that doesn't afflict most stocks. That said even with the aggressive shorting it still looks over priced, then again plenty of online firms considered...

Lots of players come through the academy without a broad body of work, it's rather in the nature. So the question is judging where their ceiling is, hardly an exact science, and nobody is getting it 100% right, clearly letting Beirne go wasn't a good call even if there were reasons at the time. He'll be pushing towards a decade long career post testimonial if he hangs around another couple of seasons. And he still never learned to box kick, which is almost impressive, obstinate certainly

there should always be a clock counter, the amount of time until the ball gets back into live play once a scrum is called, and that's until the ball is back in contestable play, not until the awarding of a free kick or penalty

You can barely even see the head contact unless you go super slow mo. The TMO's word "kiss" was apt in this case. None of the force is through the head and the only damage done was to himself.
