Granted Micronesia has quite a number of islands, still when the Aussies have only deported in the low thousands to Nauru it's really no answer to returning the hundreds of thousands into the millions attempting to migrate to Europe. We're not going to get a deal to send millions anywhere, and who w...

Self defence extends to defending the lives of others and two people were already dead. Yes, in the moment, not when you've had to chase him up the street for 400m or whatever it was. Interesting, though again I don't know if that's how it'd work in Wisconsin law. Or at least I wouldn't expect a self defence law to set out defence of others rather than self, I could be horribly wrong in that. Defence of others is one of the central tenets of the self defence doctrine - it's alwa...

The strikingly odd thing about the Rittenhouse case is had the chap who pulled a gun on Rittenhouse shot and killed Rittenhouse he'd have been entitled to the same self defence justification and presumably same verdict had he gone to trial. This is only correct. In your head. The reality is entirel...

They'll need to be careful in how they target and spend. They've carried almost no polling benefit to this point from the $1500 stimulus cheques.
