Re: Arnold’s next best movie?

I assume Commando is left off the list because it's up there with Predator so the poll would be a landslide?

It has to be Total Recall though, iconic

That was a better game than the score would suggest

Good to see Beirne is still in great form, Murray looked good too.

Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby

Good article by Stephen Collins in todays IT on Trumpism in Irish Politics. Biden’s wise words had a resonance far beyond the shores of the United States and not only because he has pledged to bring the US back to playing a vital role in international affairs. There is also a message for other demo...

I know there was quite a lot of writing in there to wade through - but I didn't contradict myself. I said Ireland never actively sought to remove itself from a common trade area with the UK, which is true. The fact that there was a tariff war in the 30s was due to other reasons which I won't expand...

Re: Anyone ever bought a paint sprayer

We have a sprayer. We use it outside to spray preservative on rough timber. It is massively quicker than a brush for that, but there is no way I'd use it in the house in place of a good roller. As has been mentioned, make sure you get good rollers and sleeves. All are not equal and a good quality r...

Re: Anyone ever bought a paint sprayer

Yeah I'd echo the above. I had to paint a large fence so got a sprayer thinking it would make the job easier, but to be honest it didn't end up saving much time and I just ended up using about 4x the paint. I ran out of paint before finishing so when I went back the next day I just used a brush to f...
