I don't subscribe to the LH is favourite from here argument. The age-old law of 'points on the board' when you enter the final stretch applies here too. There are so many variables at play in any one race, performance advantage is just one of them. Think about what has to go right for LH, it's basi...

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
Seeing how some of the players looked banged up, may have to make some changes. Big worries are May and Heinz, especially if Nowell is not fit. Would we risk going into the final without a 9 on the bench? If not who gets parachuted in? Put Sinkler at 9... Seriously Ford goes 9, faz 10 , Manu 12, sl...

I was several of the players were coming up to him as he came to sit on the bench after half time to ask if he was alright and he was reassuring them he was. Slade was sporting quite a full on knee brace though.tc27 wrote:Any update on Curry?

so Exeter, Sarries and Glaws confirmed in the top three, Quins and Saints to fight for fourth, a point separating both do we reckon Quins win away at Wasps or Saints win away at Exeter? I think both Quins and Saints will win, neither with a bonus point. That means Saints get fourth. I'm surprised G...

Personally thought Georges throwing was fine other than the one where he had the false start. Brodie was just getting up in front every time. He had the yips. It was shithouse. The timing and speed of the throw was so much better with Hartley on. All I'm saying is it's pretty fickle being a hooker....

I honestly think the whole 'drop Ford and bugger up one of the working combinations to achieve it' is based largely on the impression that Ford is not manly enough and doesn't kick goals. Its f**king bizarre. I wouldn't be for moving Farrell to 10, he is a driving force at 12, but equally Ford isn'...

I'm pretty certain that if Froome had been doping he would not have been doing so in such an amateur way with such an ineffective product. Quite a good game to watch. Must have been some good hooch the Kiwi TMO was drinking. He wasn't even close to being right with Anscombe's try. He told Garces that it was clearly an England touchdown. The Welsh players were in front of the kicker anyway. Justice was done. One might have been. ...

Home advantage counts, had that been a England player the TMO would have awarded the try. in close games these calls must be right, what the hell the TMO was viewing I'm not sure. The TMO got every part of that wrong. He missed the knock-on by Evans as well as the grounding by Anscombe. The one oth...
