Re: Sooo, I noticed this..

Watching some AFL the other day I see a young man called Neil Erasmus playing for Brisbane - born in Joburg! Genuine question, are there only like a half dozen surnames in SA for people of Afrikaans descent? Best I can make out is there is a better than even chance of someone being called Erasmus, ...

Re: WALES OUT!!!

I was depressed by Wales yesterday. The Welsh crowd ecstatic with those last tries just reinforced that. Would you prefer they booed? This Wales team is terrible but I don't think a lack of effort is the problem. Fans that only sing when they're winning suck, that is not when the team needs it. No ...

By moving the CC to July-Sep brought a different challenge to our URC franchises. 1. To big player squads. The franchise are use to play up to 3 competitions in the same time.Champions/challenge Cup, URC & Currie Cup. 2. Player Union in dispute with SARU about playing 20 months non stop. Springbok ...

Genge is playing much better without all the machismo.

Imo yesterday was his best game for England.

He caused that by saying Smith had handled the ball on the line, which would have been a drop out, not a scrum. He needs to be more direct and clearer in his comms. It went on long after the TMO had ruled on it. Because the ref and tmo were clearly incorrect in their judgement. What? Smith took the...

Yeah - couple of really brilliant tries. Their discipline was awful though - 10 penalties in the 1st half alone - quite lucky to not get anyone binned until the 63rd minute.

I wasn’t convinced about all those penalties.

No oh dear about it. They could easily have gone the All Black's way... Flip of a coin. But it would change nothing... only a couple of games. Bryce Lawrence Exactly! Wayne Barnes. History could look so different. But it isn't really... is it? Even if those flip of a coin matches went differently.....

I mean it's not rocket science. The AB's play generally an open fast paced game to blow teams off the park, which works well most of the time. However in RWC games were refs become more pedantic and teams more conservative this tactic doesn't work as well. Still won three of the things though, so d...

The ABs have won 3 world cups Hardly a failure, by any measure Statistically, not a failure compared to the Boks, with 4 in the same time period Besides which, it’s deadset, not dead set. Is the OP a bot? wrong AB's 30% success rate [3 out of 10]- with 2 of those being at home Boks 50% [4 out of 8]...
