I remember thinking at the time of the handover "50 years of one country two systems? Yeah right, they'll be lucky to get 10" so quite surprised they got longer tbh. It's always been just a matter of time, though.

Best of luck, naki111 - stay safe, bro.

Bumped into an old Kiwi friend I hadn't seen in ages at a wedding in Taipei in 2003. It was the time of SARS so masks were optional. We ended up watching a couple of the RWC games together at the Brass Monkey and he told me about the bored.

A post mortem requires a body. The All Blacks are not dead, if last nights game is anything to go by. I was thinking about results in RWC tournaments. The All Blacks, in 9 appearances, have 3 golds, one silver and 3 bronze. England have one gold, two silvers, and have never won the bronze medal. Wi...

Gotta say , we could have buried Wales tonight . A couple of tap penalties and some really unnecessary substitutions ( especially in the centres ) and we really left them off the hook . An even chance? Jesus wept. You'd make an awful bookie. Wales may well come back, but the All Blacks are 18 points up at half time, and it's reflected in the NZ TAB odds with NZ at $1.001 and Wales at $31. It was Wales $51 just before HT.
