Leinster used to have that problem, with a lot of Dublin clubs not putting out teams from U 14 to U18 (so the schools could have the players), and the teenage kids country clubs losing out on specialist coaching in skills, S%C and diet, as it was beyond the dads for the talented kids at that stage....
