The Kingspan panels weren't meant to be on the building at all, my understanding is the builder ran out of panels and used the kingspan panels to finish the job waited for more panels to arrive.

FBD made a loss in 2015 of €85m, following a loss the previous year, dont recall people complaining that their insurance was too cheap. insurance has always been cyclical in nature we are probably near the top of the curve.
