Re: All Blacks 2025

Is that not down to Kolbe dropping the ball? So yes Jordie did well to save us I mean Jordie is a longterm AB, so when he does good things he's doing what he's paid to do. So what do we do with the lineouts where no one jumped I find that doing the Mexican wave at these times always helps.

I have a friend who works in physical education at secondary school. He told me about 5 years ago, that basketball was the fastest growing sport in NZ. However, let's face it, top level rugby in NZ doesn't have the same level of talent that it had. We can still beat any international team, but we do...

Re: Well done Pumas!

We're playing beautiful rugby. Next step is to convert that into points. We still have too many clear cut chances botched through silly errors or lack of patience. Still, this time, when we were 25-7 up and opted to go for the corner twice instead of keep on kicking penalties, I was up in arms... I...

Re: All Blacks 2025

I honestly think it’s part of this shit defensive strategy we have of putting people in their attacking line . If they can go over them (or just run the ball) it creates easy momentum. You're going to have to explain that one to me a bit more, so I understand it better. It’s something I’ve noticed ...

Re: Razor out!!

Philosophically, I'm opposed to the ABs replacing the coaching staff during a 4 year tenure. I've always felt that a coach needs that time to properly embed their systems. However, if the ABs lose the Bledisloe, Razor may become a dead man walking.

Re: All Blacks 2025

It will rain high balls on us till we find a way to fix it. Re: All Blacks 2025

The All Blacks wont consistently beat the Boks and the other first choice packs until we can go through them. Making game plans to go wide and run around the rush defence is like admitting defeat before kick off. Need to change the mentality to head-on. I don’t think head on works in this day and a...

I just returned from watching the game live. I haven't had a chance yet to review peoples' take on the game, but I will. First off, well done to the Springboks. Their forward pack dominated in the scrums, and their players did well to convincingly win the aerial battle. Some of their backs looked ve...

I think the kiwis might need a bit more grunt behind the THP. Newell and Codie Taylor didn’t become weak scrummagers overnight - perhaps the two blindside flankers in the second row are the issue. Holland needs to start imo. I would start Holland, move Vaa'i to 6 and bring Parker off the bench (lar...
