Walker-Leawere with the final turnover. With at least 4 turnovers in a single game, we now award you with the Sione Lauaki award for the season.

The Blues are doing a good job of slowing the Hurricanes ball down - without getting penalized. Some other referees might have pinged them there.

Re: Blues v Hurricanes @ Eden Park - Saturday 11 May

A question for rugby historians, what's the greatest game between the Blues and Hurricanes in the franchises' 28 year history? My guess would be either the first Super Rugby game in Palmerston North in 1996, or the game the year after at Eden Park in 1997. I might have overlooked some other games wo...

They are getting into the phase where they will have less and less plausible deniability for a failure to turn things around and deliver, so I’d expect a continued decline in polls until interest rate reductions can start to rescue them. However, hope isn’t a plan and we are seeing in the US the im...

He was the top point scorer in the comp. I have no idea of the % though. Attitude? His detractors will claim that because he's not Dan Carter, or he didn't lead MP to a Super title, then that justifies him not being one of the 12 best 10s in the country deserving of a Super spot. I'm surprised by that polling. Based on history, I expect this National-led government to be a minimum two-term government (from memory, the last 1 term government in NZ was in the 50s?). However, I'd like to see the results of the next couple of polls before concluding whether public mood has tren...
