Re: The OFFICIAL Capt Hurricane Hurricanes vs Chiefs Thread - Super Rugby Round 8
I personally think perhaps while being important Roigard is not the loss to the Canes' style of play than say Aumua/Lomax would be. I was shouting Roigards kudos (and got told I was a know nothing) on here before last years super season after seeing him preseason, and while he has come on well, I d...

Re: The OFFICIAL Capt Hurricane Hurricanes vs Chiefs Thread - Super Rugby Round 8
Where is Alex Fidow these days? I remember seeing most of the Hurricanes side coming through the representative age grade sides since college, and he was one of those players. Perma Crooked. That's a shame. I've seen nothing in the media or the Canes site, so do you know if he has retired or still ...

This has either aged incredibly poorly, or I have. Watched it recently and the wife made me turn it off after 30 mins - a decision I agreed with. Very not good. What? How could you not get a laught at Blazing Saddles?? Was pretty good comedy I thought. Never enjoyed any of the spaghetti westerns. A...

@kiwidutchie hard to argue with that team, guess there will be some hard training from some that are close to getting in.
Seriously thinking about having weekend down to Wellington to watch this.

There isn't any certainty overseas for lower ranked players in Australia or New Zealand. Brad Shields came back to the Canes for certainty after his club in the UK collapsed. I'm making a call based on who I think is the best player to wear 10 for the AB's. You're obviously happy to have McKenzie, Perofeta and Cameron leading the All Blacks around the field from 10? I don't think Mo adds that much to that group, certainly not enough to overhaul our whole system. Our sys...

Pretty harsh on Reihana. He's barely played. I thought he was looking good in the first game before he was injured. For me he's certainly the player with the most potential out of him, Kemara, Burke and Hohepa.

The waiting around for another scrum is what makes rugby, rugby? 15% of the game is spent forming scrums - is this what makes rugby, rugby? I must admit to being stoked at Palmy how well the Canes went.
