The two Pumas tries were lovely, the second I think is a try of the year contender. Suali'i's second also a nice score.
I only caught the highlights but surprised Pumas didn't hold out when they kicked to win in the 78th minute.

Re: Deaths in Germany Far Right Party
The German thing is for local elections (councillors). You've quoted for national (MPs) So we had 4,500 candidates chasing 650 seats at a national level There's around 20,000 local councillors across the UK. There's a pop. of 70 million in the UK, only 18 million in this region of Germany. Seems ra...

I don't think that's too out of whack with the UK if you assume an average of 2-3 candidates per seat That was 20,000 in one region... last UK election there were 4,500 in the whole of the UK... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3ggeng6kqxo The German thing is for local elections (councillors). ...

Nigel delivered a poised and compelling performance before the House Judiciary Committee in DC… Exposing the Labour charlatans, countering misinformation with clarity, and advancing British interests with notable finesse. Some rabid Dems did go hard at him, but if anything I think will endear him t...

If you are an English Premiership, Bundesliga etc with large scale support, big rivalries, healthy ticket sales and a nice fat TV deal in one territory I think that's something that can be sustained. Plus, domestic trophy is priority in those scenarios. The Celtic league was never (and never will b...

Re: Rugby Championship: All Blacks vs Springboks: MATCH THREAD: Saturday 6th Sept
That article completely misses the point though. Barrett does knock the ball on, the question (and the same debate as last year) is if the ball then goes forward off Bongi. After Barrett knocks it loose, the ball goes onto Bongi's arm/hand (without him holding it) and then down to the ground. If it...

I can't remember a TMO awarding a try when the try scorer has dropped the ball in the act of scoring.. even if it may seem like it could have gone backwards... they always seem to say lost control. Especially (like in this case) you can't tell definitely the ball didn't go forward... In the above c...

Still lost control... whichever version happened... If part of the trolling.. apologies to you as well. Yes, he does but does it matter if the ball goes backwards? Is the law clear on this or is it a grey area? Seems somewhat antithetical to Rugby Union norms for losing control to still matter if t...

Re: U.K Politics Thread
The issue with Nigel is, he like Rodders specifically wants to leave ECHR to create a 2 tier set of human rights for different humans . That may not be consistent with being a civilised society. A seemingly small step on a dangerous slippery slope. A value of the ECHR is that it is not as influence...

It doesn't matter if at some point it touches his own body, cause he has lost it onto Jordie... knock on. Did he? What occurred seems more akin to a knock on in the tackle by the tackler, ball goes back, Mongo falls on it *shrugs* Still lost control... whichever version happened... If part of the t...

Nigel would of course like you to think it's that simple. There are one or two minor problems that would need to be resolved 1st that he's not so forthcoming about. Nothing to do with "Nigel". The NZ point seems fairly obvious, i.e. there are numerous western (indeed, anglosphere) nations who manage perfectly well without any ECHR counsel. Of course, they are not geographically eligible but they have not unduly suffered in its absence. Upshot being, the UK doesn't need it either. Nigel w...

They didn't make the RWC semi-final by accident. They made the RWC SF by just sneaking past a mediocre Wales side that finished 5th in the 6n. In the pool they were outclassed by an England side playing with 14 for 78 minutes. They were also destroyed recently twice at home by an England B team wit...

Like most, I had originally sensed a "Boklash" for this second SA-Oz fixture and was thinking a 40-10 loss for Australia but I like the look of the Wallaby team selected and SA have some key injuries. I'll stick with the SA prediction but with a much reduced margin of 15-17 points, but do think Wobs...

Give it to Rassie Dave Rennie. I feel SH coaches don't really "get" the Lions, neither do Leaguies like Farrell really (altho he tried). I'd like to see Townsend, himself a former Lion, get the gig but obviously that depends on Scotland improving results, particularly against Ireland. Farrell or Bo...
