Re: The Offical GAA Thread

I want Mayo to win the All Ireland. If you think Donegal would go mental with an All Ireland just imagine how Mayo would go. Absolutley football mad down there and they deserve one. No other county has gone through as much pain in All Ireland finals as them. Maybe Limerick in hurling would be the be...

Re: The Offical GAA Thread

In a game that requires zero skill and absolutely no tactics it's the fittest team wins. Donegal will dominate this game for years now as the laws of the game reward their fitness based swarm defense and hand pass up the pitch boreathon while sides that try and play are punished. Their rise is some...

Ospreys will win the HEC this year. Don't think they'll win the League. Not trolling, they'd be one of my picks to win it this season. They have an excellent pack and halfbacks who can control a game and take the points. In addition to that, they have young backs aren't in any way shabby. They're b...

I think they're overcharging for the Pro12 games to be honest. There is a core of season ticket holders but there is also a massive number of occasional supporters, they should be giving them a bit more inducement to turn u for the Pro12. As a neutral who enjoys watching football I think it's between Chelsea and City for the premier league. Re: London 2012 official OLYMPICS/PARALYMPICS discussion

Melbourne is now talking about a bid for 2024 or 2028. Under normal circumstances you'd think they might still be a bit too close to Sydney 2000 for another Olympics to be awarded to the same country. The way it's going, though, Australia could be the only ones who can afford it by then. Hong Kong???
