Re: Eurovision 2024
Irish performance was phenomenal. Best production by far, not the greatest according to traditional "song" terms but as an act for TV it was unrivalled. The camera work and cuts were pinpoint precise, the staging, the transitions between the screaming vocals and the traditional singing vocals, both...

The NGOs handing out tents makes no material difference to the situation FFS. People on here will happily point the finger at anyone else but get all up in arms when it’s suggested government actions may have contributed to what we are seeing. Frustrating. They’ve actually done us a favour. The pic...

Defensive masterclass from Dortmund. Last time i saw Dortmund put in a defensive performance like that was 1997 against Man Utd in Old Trafford. Also a semi final and they went on to beat Juventus in the final. I'd like them to get another crack at Bayern. Bayern beat them in Wembley a few years ago

Eh, based on the electoral calculus result the Labour would have a majority of 146 and a majority of 122 based on the nowcast So not a 20-30 seat majority. I'll take that. The tories are expected to drop to around 100 seats based on current polling https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/homepage.html https://electionmaps.uk/nowcast This is not just an SNP thing. It's fair to assume an awful lot on that march were of the "Ireland for the Irish variety " type
So
No asylum seekers
No legal non EU immigration
No uncontrolled EU immigration
Would likely be their mantra.
