Re: Game Reviews

Well as this forum seems to be back for now I'll repeat this for those not yet on the new forum... TLOU 2 - Finished! I've seen it can be completed in 20 - 25 hours apparently but I racked up 40 hours on the game save info and reckon it was more like 50 with all the reloads I had to do. Very, very go...

Re: Game of Thrones - Books/TV (Full of spoilers mark nothin

From GRRMs blog If nothing else, the enforced isolation has helped me write. I am spending long hours every day on THE WINDS OF WINTER, and making steady progress. I finished a new chapter yesterday, another one three days ago, another one the previous week. But no, this does not mean that the book ...

Re: Game Reviews

It's put a serious dent into my ambition to replay the game LOL BTW some of that encounter is scripted so no point trying to fight it until you find the door that's closed with an axe and you start trying to hack at it, after that you can go at it for all its worth. Most comment I have seen about th...

Re: Game Reviews

Thought I might have reached a point where I could go no further in the game, had to drop to the easiest level to beat the mother of all infected. That's the kind of encounter I hate the most, and think the game has gone just bit too far with this infected super monster mutation thing! Well over 30 ...

TLOU 2 Seattle Day 1 ( the alternative one ) after Abby nearly gets hanged, shit I had a horrible time with the Scar and infected encounters in that short section, the only one where I have really struggled so far and had to drop the difficulty level. Finished watching through TLOU2. Outstanding story and delivery. Emotionally exhausting: very heavy-handed at times, but really excellent. I'm drained. Whoever's walkthrough you were watching got through it damn quickly, reckon it'll be a good few days before I get to the end. Seattle WLF when you ...

I had a crazy theory about the TLOU 2 Seattle spoiler Scars, that the girl who we saw painted on walls was Ellie, that because she was immune ( and they found that out through ex-Fireflies) that this was some sort of Ellie cult worship, but the fact the Scars try so bleeding hard to kill Ellie kinda...

I can understand people wanting to give their opinions as to why they won't buy the game and why, and being able to do that; but the 1 ratings were going in as soon as the game was released and voting was opened, which is extremely petty. TLOU2, Seattle Day 2 end, a certain cutscene - I'm just going to leave it there... There are more resources than the first game and you can craft some different items. TLOU 2, keeping things vague and non spoilery, the second chapter gives you much bigger areas to explore than the first game did. If you find the first chapter of the TLOU2 a bit too linear then wait until the second part where things open up more. And I'm just go to say A-ha and leave that to see i...

Got a good small crop of first early potatoes (Duke of York) from the first container I've dug up today, and two larger containers to go.
