I've never really understood the PR stance that its somehow rude to recline. That's what the recline button is there for. Encroach on your space? Not if you choose to recline too. That's your choice if I choose to recline and you don't. How wound up some of you get about it is hilarious. Anyway I'm...

I just went back to a replacement original Nexus5 after 3 months on an LG G3
The G3 was gash and the screen resolution was actually the same.
Will probably buy the new Nexus 5 next year

Some banks have been stipulating as part of financing agreements that there will be a minimum occupancy rate within apartment complexes. Some developers don't need finance however, and that means they can skirt those requirements. It depends on the saturation as well - the turnover of rental in my ...

So unless I missed it we dont seem to have discussed Duncan Storrar and his comments. So to recap, he comes on to Q&A and asks a question about the tax cuts for the rich, and the difference these tax cuts would have had for him. He gets a poor response from the ministers on the show. Thats the issue. I have no idea what that clause could be. You cant just say "dont spend too much." The problems stem from the budgets being done when the project is in its infancy and the assumption is no issues are encountered. In real life, issues are encountered and these add cost. Indeed - I'v...

Good post. Much of this is due to the emergence of Green leaders like Bandt and Di Natale. Unlike Brown and Milne, these new Greens are ideological zealots.
