I'm pretty rubbish with posterior chain exercises, other than machine hamstring curls.... So when I tried some split squats my Wife was doing, I was not prepared for the glute pain the next couple days.

Is definitely one of those "I puked with pride" movements.

Can't recall where but I saw an interview with him where he admitted he had some hectic character flaws (never admitting being wrong, one of them) and said looking back, it was a good thing he wasn't made permanent captain of the Boks.

I think it was the 2021 Lions documentary, but not sure.
