Re: Coronavirus Thread. Virus v humans
Cheers, Gav. Interesting read. Enough to make me buy some masks, but they are a pain in the ass if you wear glasses. I actually got some masks a few days ago, and wore one in Sainsbury's earlier after reading that. Feel like a bit of a twat when no-one else is, but I think I'll manage with the dip ...

Matt Smith has retired. No injury, just says he no longer enjoys it and found it a chore to get up for training. Real shame, I liked him as a player, best of luck to the guy. Sad to see a guy his age lose his passion for the game. I know there's a fair difference between playing professionally and ...

The Churchill statue was never under threat FFS. Starmer's really battering Boris these last few PMQs eh? Not really. Starmer is so sleep inducing it is 'like being mauled by a dead sheep', as the phrase goes. I may have this wrong, but is owning property not quite a British thing (at least in europe)? Is the norm not to rent? Excited to see what happens to the Irish teams in the Pro14 if the rucking laws from NZ are implemented over here. The whole UK failed on those LN because we locked down too late and that means a longer and more painful lockdown with less room for manoeuvre. I think where Douglas Murray is wrong is liberalism isn't a set of defined values. It changes with generations change as outlooks, circumstances and the world changes. A lot changes in 10 years. He does touch on it always being loosely defined but I think it lacks any definition whatsoever.
