URC is a far better competition than Pro 12/14/16 It is not the Irish/South African's fault that the Welsh Regions are weak. Of course it’s not…. The regions just don’t seem to care so why should their supporters? I no longer consider Cardiff to be my team, my adopted club now means far more to me....
