It is what it is, just another step in the slow, sad decline of Welsh rugby.

Didn't see the match, just watched the highlights. Well done Italy.

The second Italian try was a wonderful bit of rugby.

Everyone was slow, you could have a tea break with some of the time it took Wales to get the ball out and away.

The only time I felt embarrassed by France winning handsomely. I had managed to get 4 or 5 tickets and invited Welsh friends to come with me to the game. Felt sorry for them all afternoon.
Eh, it was 98 not the worst defeat that year.

Costelow was awful. Williams had some ok moments, but was also no great shakes.
Both Davies and Lloyd were awful. Such a bad decision to bring them on. I think Gatland is past it.
There are no test standard halfbacks in Wales.
I dunno, on my day I'm pretty good,

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

25 minutes of commited defence isn't enough to win test matches. When the game got tough we looked lost. Forwards getting blasted away in the carry by their opposite numbers. Acres of space in the outside channels. Nobody apart from Reffell slowing down the ball. 10 and 12 missing tackles and getti...

Feels like the moral victory lines are wearing a bit thin now. That's not a particular good France team and they've just put 45 on Wales in Cardiff. Hard to see where Wales go until they pull a half decent 10 and some non-useless props out of somewhere. Well learning to get the ball out quicker and...

It was very silly to try and take the kick when you don't have your blockers. Pass it to the outside half and let them kick it. Crazy stuff.
