Tshiunza had been out for months, won one good breakdown turnover and was part of a generally poor Exeter performance. I'd like to see teams given the option to take a quick tap from a knock on rather than it being a scrum every time. Teams with a dominant scrum still have plenty of opportunity to make that count, but the game can be sped up if a team wants to.
