I'm sure there must be a French or English side interested and they'll be able to offer way more than us.

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

Wyn Jones released by the Shartlets. Not sure what has happened to him over the last couple of years. I imagine the Dregs will be sniffing around him though. To get one final tune out of him. I think he's been more like himself in recent months. He'd be a step up on any loosehead we have and at 32 ...

Seuili, Lonsdale, Nathan Evans, Baldwin, Lewis Jones, Dixon, bertranou, tomkinson and Clark all confirmed leavers. Lydiate, Brown and Roberts all still to be decided. Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

Another dragons signing. Shane Lewis-Hughes... Good player. Still wanting you see more front five players. Bit of an odd one that. I thought he was a lot better than 'being offloaded to the Dragons' level. Dragons will have a tasty backrow next year of Lewis-Hughes, Basham and Wainwright. With Wood...

Owen Lane off to the French second division. I know he's not the complete package and he's probably decided he's not going to make the cut internationally but Welsh rugby doesn't have that many really big wingers. He's always been fun to watch, so disappointing to lose him to a relatively weak Frenc...

Short term deal for Hollis - I guess by our standards this is shrewd. Normally we would give them years in a desperate attempt to get them to sign. Hopefully he is worth a longer term deal. 3 games to prove it.

On IFW - yeah. He would be seen as a really top prospect (although I'm not ready to go world class at this point). He may not have top end speed but he's unbelievably hard to stop first tackle up. That was a hard watch. We made a ton of mistakes, some predictable (cai Evans), some less so (rhodri Williams), but every time we looked like we were getting back into it, there was a penalty. Unbelievably frustrating and plenty of them were nothing. I don't think four or five of our penalties get g...

Brutal second half for the ospreys. Aim has to be a bonus point for four tries but in reality could get ugly if they play loosely.

They had worked that chance so well and then to be back under their sticks. Gutting. Doesn't quite put them out of the game but huge swing.

Maybe. Sometimes this sort of gamble on a talented but unlucky with injuries player does work, tadgh beirne probably the best example in recent years. If it means we see less of Steff Hughes then it's worth a shot.

Rumour on twitter that one of the dragons signings will be a South African centre/ winger from the stormers, hollis. Injury history means he hasn't played for them so a gamble but at least it's addressing a problem with our lack of physicality in midfield... Potentially.
