Hello all. Thanks to those who have made this a great place to visit. I rather like the comment about the "lifeboat" given I'm a member of the RNLI and a Yachtmaster Ocean". I hope the new site will continue in the same vein as here. I wish you all well. God bless. I hope you'll be joining us on NPR?

Our bored brother Brian hates it. I see Boris has come out in support of "Swing Low" now - given his midas touch that will surely be the final nail in its coffin https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/53096584 The whole thing seems rather overblown to be honest, they don't actually sing the song at Twickenham anyway, they just repe...

Small win for my club, means they dont get relegated which was looking increasingly likely unless they had pretty much all results go their way through to the end of the season. We were in relegation free-fall for almost 3 seasons, thankfully we've finally found our level and are competitive again....

How is everyone coping during this shit. From a club perspective, we had to cancel our FP day which is usually one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. That plus the clubhouse being closed for the foreseeable future isn't exactly going to help, clubs could go to the wall because of this - many s...

It's a funny one for me, I'm inside a RWC bubble at the moment. So if the games on Sunday do also get cancelled we would be looking at a world cup with 4 cancelled games and yet we ahve people on here defending this nonsense. Of course the games should be rearranged and that could even include delaying the next round of fixtures if need be. On the Irish 2023 bi...
