Re: URCR12 Sharks vs Ulster

What’s your predicted Sharks team? Lord only knows what the Ulster team will look like. We had 6 players in the Irish camp last week, can’t see them being available this weekend, considering there will be only 1 or 2 training sessions this week and a new coach to bed in his game plan who started to...

Happy St Patrick's Day - Ireland's favorite Welshman! Quick question lads. I have American style corned beef in the crockpot and was going to do mash, but just read about Colcannon. Is that eaten much in Ireland or is it another US invention? If genuine, any decent recipes? Cheers - and congrats on...

I think he is a better 10 and I hope Ulster move him there when Burns goes It does then introduce the option of a player who can cover 9/10 from the bench Admirable versatility. If he had pace. He does have pace. He has beat defenders and scored from 30/40m out. It’s speed of getting the ball away ...

Dublin was better value and certainly more fun that’s for sure. Craic coefficient is directly related to prosperity and yeh we have become too successful in some ways :(( Was in Dublin the other weekend and it’s an absolute dive. Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

In his "mixed" performances, it was often behind a struggling pack. Munster have a player to build around anyway. I'm not fully sold on Crowley, I'd have capped Healy, I really know nothing. I don't either but he did the job at international level in a winning team, a lot of really top end attackin...

Re: The Official and ONLY Ireland v Scotland Match thread

So we have scraped 39-36 W L against teams ranked 5 and 6 in the world.

More work needed, looked jaded/ lacking ideas/ execution over the last 8 days.

Totally take the championship, but we are dropping back into the pack.

Pom the only one anonymous so far. Pack getting a perfectly stable platform so far. Lineout and scrum rock solid. Not backwards step on the gainline. If that's what you aspire to from a pack, especially one with a one-paced backline outside them, then you are deluded. Properly deluded. Our breakdow...

Let's hope the analyst figure out a second half game plan in attack. Third best is a bit harsh, but Hey Ho. Pom the only one an...

Harry, doubt he'll be trusted when it's so close.

Problem is in the pack and no one running onto the ball in the backs.
