I'v only done one 12lb brisket but I just used salt, pepper and garlic powder for the flavour in the rub, with some paprika in for colour. Simple is best, I think. Post pics.

Poo story: In 1994 I spent a week in Turkey and managed to pick up a gut bug that hung around for weeks after. I had been back in the UK a while then headed back to Sydney and moved into a flat with a mate in Kogarah. The gut bug would occasionally reappear and I'd have a few sessions of squirty bum...

I have met the ones across the hall - we have been here 6 years now and about 3 years ago she said, 'we must get you over for a drink'. Still not been, but that is pretty typical for Edinburgh. I live in a block of 44 flats - some I chat to, others don't even acknowledge you. I lived in Melbourne 30...

Probably not hitched a lift in 15 years, but generally pick hitch hikers up when back home in NZ.

Any of the Edinburgh boredies watching this? I've got a prime screen in the pub of you're looking for anywhere showing it. What pub, for future reference? Mash Tun on Easter Road. Will almost always show the rugby unless there's a Hibs game on the telly. Dangerously close to my house.

Well I've dropped just over 6Kg since the start of the year. Due to boozing & over-eating over the Xmas/NY period, I was up to just over 96kg which is the heaviest I think I've ever been & it was frankly unacceptable. So for the last few months I've cut down the booze a bit (no drinking on a school...

In the late 80s I lived up in the mountains in NZ for about 3 years, working in hotels. It was a full on party lifestyle. I lived 400 yards from work, but once it took me 2 days to get home. Another time in Sydney it took me 2 trains, a bus, a taxi and a police car to get from work in Darling Harbou...
