Smelling your own farts?

I can usually bare my own but there is a rich seam of mephitis emanating from my guts that is nearly unbearable. It's not quite bad enough to override my pride but it's close.

With the possible exception of Marler, every England player at Quins needs to be dropped by Jones if England are to stand a prayer at the RWC. Why would any England coach want players from Quins - they're just soft.

Thanks for the comments chaps, it is actually quite cathartic. I've thought about things whilst out walking the dog this afternoon I've not thought about literally in decades. When I was young, we had a great life. My parents had taken over my mother's family business (by buying out her siblings) and we had a very good middle class life, living in a big Victorian house with 4 of us attending private school. My father had never known his own father, and was largely brough...

Speed of the pitstop has nothing to do with the pitlane speedlimit. The mechanic who was injured was not in pitlane either. The mechanic was standing in front of the right rear wheel. He should have been clear of the vehicle before it was released. That has nothing to do with speed. You're one of t...

I have no idea, I'm speculating. You then tell me the mechanic was in the wrong place. Good work. Why was a pitlane speed limit introduced? Simple question. Strawman. Why is it a strawman? The injury to the mechanic highlights an anomaly in F1 for me. They introduced a pitlane speed limit for safety reasons but they then forgot to introduce a time limit for the actual bit that is most dangerous. The car should be held for a minimum of about 15 seconds before it's allowed to move away...

You'll make far quicker gains if you just lose weight if time is important. No point faffing about with stride cadence and elbow engagement if you're still lugging 100kgs about for 6 miles. Yep already noticing that, 6kg to go to get to 95 and about 12-13% body fat. Anything less than that I'll sta...

The absolute key component to running fast is stride length. Data indicates that there is an optimal run cadence of approx. 90 strides per minute. Biomechanically if you want to go faster you need to go further with every stride length. The problem with this is physiologically you need to maintain ...
