it was the double footed sidestep by Gibbs that won it for me. If you look closely, Scotty makes not one but TWO pairs of English players run into each other. Hilarious! That was amazing. as much as I enjoyed Bennetts try I have never seen footwork like that of Gibbs , I can understand how it came ...

Cats are great at pest control. We got 1 as a big old Victorian school nearby got pulled down , it was full of rats, so we had a rodent problem , got a cat never saw any sign of them again , we got a second , did not even see house flies after that .

Re: CVC and the battle for the Soul of 6 Nations Rugby

Personally I wouldn't object with South Africa joigning the 6 nations, but I'm afraid it would be the first step to create a global competition, which I don't want. I would, it's a bad idea. No other nation should join the 6N, it's a closed European competition and that's great as it is, still not ...

Personally for me no , I watch club rugby in Wales and 6N games and that is it , well WC games every 4 years . It wouldn't be too much of an issue - you just sign up to Sky Sports the day before 6N and then cancel two weeks later that gives you 45 days of Rugby viewing for £28 not bad to watch the ...

World Rugby and CVC are planning to have new talks, including whether funding could be provided to resurrect the Nations Championship concept in future, according to people familiar with early discussions between the parties.

The hard truth is that rugby has limited growth potential. It's not tapped out but there's realistically very little chance of it pushing it's way into the general public consciousness in any currently "non-core-rugby" nation. So wanting to protect what it has and safeguard that for the future isn'...

probably local football and racing fans. As I said, the perspective of Ireland’s rugby journalists and pundits rather gives lie to that point. Just this morning I heard BOD say he fancied an Ireland win. He rightly pointed out we’ve done nothing, that beating the Baa Baas and Italy means sweet FA. ...

Can people genuinely not tell the difference between Aussie and Kiwi acents? As a Kiwi I can tell in a second. Native speakers will be like the young SS officer in Inglourious Basterds. Similarly relaxed for this game and tournament. After such a long and successful period with Gatland, and the predictability and selection and pattern we enjoyed, it is nice to have new start and fresh faces. My level of expectation is way down and after our RWC SF defeat, a 6N loss isn’t anywhere ...

For those wanting to experiment v Italy, the WC 2023 draw will be made after this years AI’s , we need to win all our home games , I say go as safe as needed , we should be able to bag a top 4 spot , with a bit of luck , win in twickenham would put some icing on it though.
