Due to the high numbers of asymptomatic cases here, the government has rolled out a "care from home" program and it has emptied the hospitals and quarantine centres. It was worked quite well, considering the experts seem to think we're going to get hit in August.

Ja those numbers on domestic abuse make for frightening reading. When I lived in Dubai you used to have to apply for a alcohol license. There was a cap on your monthly spend that was directly linked to your salary. Those earning under a certain salary couldn't buy booze. It's a very draconian system...

The issue with "balance" is there to date has not been one. And if there is a refusal to have balance, the unbalanced side will at some stage demand via any means restitution. He's a decent player, but I haven't seen anything to suggest he's of an international standard.

However, the Boks of made a habit of overlooking these sorts of players and then watch them go on to play well for other countries. But I don't think he's on Rassie's radar.
