the man behind it, AFAIK, is Jean-Baptiste Aldigé, who played in the French 7s side. Regardless of the missing stars, it should still be a cracking game and opportunity. Today started with a slow 2.4k run - 10mins (school day drinking will do that to you). At lunch I did 32mins on the step master, followed by some arm, shoulder and chest work.
