the weight "loss" is all sweat, I know: the temperatures are up to @ 35/6C and at least 90% humidity. The workout yesterday was a dumbbell session (about 20 different sets, x10, with 15lbs) followed by press-ups and leg raises, then a 400m jog. Repeat the same but then 800m jog. Then melt. I lost 1....

Just for general discussion. I weighed myself Mon lunch time, then went on Tue lunch time to a run and up a hill
I was 83.5kg on Mon. I was 81 after the Tue exercise

He needs to change his approach to the game. He needs to police the offside line. He needs to get all players to roll away faster, and he needs to learn what happens in a scrum. Giving the 100 push up challenge a crack. Day 1 - managed 63 continuous before shoulders and tri's seized up Anyone conquered this feat? Tried this programme for a while before an old rotator cuff injury gave in a few years ago. Good challenge but found I missed benching.. Same. I was training too ...
