Re: Which decade of rugby captures your heart the most?

00's for me. Munster were on a hell of a journey which was during peak HEC. We likely will never get back to those days which is sad, but I'm already looking forward to telling my kids about them when they get a bit older.

Any little thing whether it affects the play or not.

TMO fek off.

Per the laws, what was the mitigation? He literally just stood there and braced for impact and someone ran into him. He was passive. Low level of danger. Penalty max. Yellow was very harsh. You’re right, he stood in the defensive line and an All Black just ran directly into his shoulder out of nowh...

Good pace to game and Arg probably lucky there's no TMO or they'd be down a man for at least 10.
All Arg with the ball, Munster defence very solid.

Re: The best Irish thread ever

We've never beaten Argentina afaik and if we're missing Nanks and Abrahams next week, that isn't going to change this time either. The Argentina game is a great money spinner but you just know we'll pick up a rake of injuries from it. Yup. If we take it seriously - which tbf, we will. As well we sh...

Re: The best Irish thread ever

I think we've played 2 rubbish teams (the Dragons given their personnel and the Sharks given their lack of any coherent game plan or even seemingly ambition to win) and a team who is averaging 4 tries against per game. 3 from 3 isn't really a true reflection of where we are, we have played some abs...

Exactly. He was on his own try line. Went to intercept a try scoring pass. Knocked it on by hitting downwards with one hand, stopping a certain try. PT all day, every day. The intercept was on. It was a genuine attempt which almost came off. There isn't a ref in the world that would have given a PT...

I thought it was a penalty and am happy the free for all that seems to be allowed when the ball is nearing the line is now maybe being reffed. But pen try was the wrong call imo. Few thoughts on yesterday: First up, what a statement win for Munster. It's been a while since I saw the level of aggression and hunger they showed yesterday.
