Surely an activity Mick would have supported.

Unfortunately that is a very low bar. It also doesn't acknowledge the obvious upside to loves game, something that seems to have been stifled the more game time he gets. I like the look of Love. He's raw yet, but a work in progress. I really hope he gets the right development and guidance. yep a be...

Re: WORLD TEST CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL- New Zealand vs India, The Rose Bowl, Southampton(moved from Lords because of COVID)

I don’t think we have much hope of beating India so this is a nice series win. Sort of this. It's also rather difficult to equate words penned by English journos saying things like it's not actually a disgrace to lose to the Black Caps because they're terrific. You do a double take, not q...

Re: They are us - Chch mosque massacre film

I was at a community meeting a month or so back where a bunch of those who had lost family members were at. They are still really only just getting over this. They do not need this film or this controversy. It's certainly got nothing to do with the PM for them, they're still struggling with dealing ...

Re: TT Super Rugby: Rebels vs Crusaders: Match Thread: Sat 12th June

Well the TAB isn't paying for a Crusaders win, the Rebels are at $31. Perhaps more interesting is that they are paying $2.20 for a win of 31-50pts. Still it's a fair result. If the Clan can do what the Canes and Crusaders couldn't and get a decent score against the Brumbies they deserve their final ...

Go well Lumpy. Kia Kaha +1 It's a shame the Canes couldn't find a better 9/10 axis this year, we might have seen more of Lumpy at his best. Still considering how poor he was his first season, I wondered if he was going to even cut it, he's come on to be a tremendous asset to any team and trust he'l...

Mils never played under Hart. Though did start out as a centre. I thought quite a good one for the Blues. And was his preference at the time. Correct. Mils was a utility back for the Blues up until 2003 where he played at centre for the season. He played brilliantly at centre which was the last tim...

China is becoming more democratic and the CCP are worried. It's why there's all these hardline rhetorics and paranoia about criticism from the west. On the downside the Brumbies do rightfully start the game as favourites. Unlike the Force they know how to get across the try-line.

Will Jordan's a superb player in so many aspects of his game it's not funny. He does have the potential to be an AB leading player for years, really hope he keeps on his upward trajectory. Ability-wise, I still think NZ has the best raw talent in the world. Doing the basics is a given as an All Black, so the point of difference for every NZ player, is what do you add beyond the core skills... what do you bring to the jersey? Whether this manifests itself in performance depends on the...

Yeh well that attitude is all well and good when the ABs are winning. Start losing and that ethos will need a reality check.
