Chiefs learn the lessons taught to them. DMac has been similarly snotted all season and gets on with it, so suck it up buttercups.

Re: All Blacks 2024
Considering the Blues have given up 3 or so tries in the last 5 matche s I think his defense is doing fine. He had a tendency to let someone have the outside and then use his speed to get them rather than shut down their space but that seems to have improved. Either way, just like some other player...

Haven't read the thread so probably miles away from where it's at right now but I noted that 1) The Wife was always conservative (property and low risk pension scheme) 2) I started off medium to high risk (I suppose knowing that the wife was low risk allowed that), mainly bullion and shares. 3) As w...

Re: SRP R10 Crusaders v Rebels
Great set pieces from the crusaders but their handling was pretty dire at times. Just reading a bit more about the rebels off field issues and what's been going on this week. I think it would be very easy for their on field performance to implode the rest of the year which is a shame given how they...

Re: SRP R10 Crusaders v Rebels
I mean that's a good win and all, but how the hell can a team with a 2-7 record be one point away from the playoffs? Makes a mockery of the round robin. Top 8 is a sop to the Aussies. a couple of the quarter finals will be no more than an opposed practice. However, some poor buggers are going...

Re: Chiefs are playing someone tomorrow evening
Game day - who's the ref? According to GAGR, the oafishials line-up is: Referee: Jordan Way (somebody take the pea outta his whistle, please) Assistant Referees: Reuben Keane, Matt Kellahan He took some getting used to but once the Chiefs realised that they had to change (as Way wasn't going to) th...

Re: Auckland CBD Stadium Official Match Thread
Never going to get a separate stadium up there in my lifetime. We have 2 generations of infrastructure maintenance to catch up on first. I am fine with that - we do NOT need a national stadium. Happy for Eden Park to be stuck in the Burbs and out of sight as I will probably never go back there anyway.

Welly cabal is not how I remember it. It used to be a great cabal. Now we are talking candle lit dinners. Poetry recitals and holding hands. Ever since South Africa was kicked out of Super Rugby things have gone down hill. Sad. Sad. Days. Jacinda refined us. Unfortunately, she took away all the goo...

Re: Beating the Crusaders
All but 2 of the Crusaders remaining games are at home. In those games they will be facing the Blues, Who they will struggle against, but the opportunity exists to bank at least a few wins this season. I doubt they have enough to make the knockout stage. 5 Wins was enough to get to the knockouts la...

Who else is going to do the firing? The Drs are too busy doctoring.but if time-limited staff in non-frontline roles are continuing after funding has ended while hiring of doctors and nurses is paused, then I would have questions for senior leadership.

27% return for a one day investment? I'm on to that, especially with the Drua having a novice at 10.Odds have shortened for the Drua post team announcement. Now paying $3.80 for the win while the Canes have gone out to $1.27
