Re: Favourite Rugby Commentator

That Welsh guy who rolls his 'r's who does URC games and used to do the JWRC. Don't know his name. I was pleasantly surprised at how much of a natural Reggie Corrigan is when I've heard him as the lead commentator. Give me him over Ryle Nugent any day. Re: Union owned teams vs private ownership

Fair to whom? To the private owned teams. The benefits for those under the Union umbrella is vast. I could list them but it would take a while to write them all down. Ireland’s Union-owned teams were knocked out of Europe last week (Munster), shipped 50 points to a mid-table French team today (Ulst...

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

It’s a struggle when you have a ref stinking with incompetence awarding penalties to the infringing team.

He was probably worth 10 points to Gloucester.

That’s not to say the Pisspreys were good. Far from it.

But they were not able to gain any momentum because of the previous.

Re: Leinster vs Leicester Tigers

Don't feel like Leinster are the best coached side currently. Still world class, all over the pitch, but, Leicester were a couple of key knock ons and OHC madness away from being drawing at 36-36 (or some score which was a draw). Leicester are no great shakes, and seeing Leinster go back in the scr...

Re: Leinster vs Leicester Tigers

A win against a team currently in 7th position in the Eng Prem, was never going to be in doubt. Not sure that Leinster will go all the way though If Leinster don't win silverware this year, it'll genuinely be disastrous given the firepower at their disposal. They’re big favourites. They’ve just won...

Exeter won, despite the impediment of our lads. Did they improve second half? Max Llewellyn scored a cracker yesterday. His bread and butter carry off the back of a lineout...
