Sounds like a bunch of excuses. The 'appetite' is not from the girls themselves, and more girls of different shapes can play rugby than GAA PS if you can make 7s player's, you can do the same for 15s ... It just takes more effort. Honest answer? No one in England in reality gives 2 f’s about 7s. Ask any of the posters who are English in here if they watch or like 7s. I can bet it’s 95% nope to both answers. Similar to womens 15s here, we have a limited pool of players the best ones concentrate on 7's most of the year and com...

There is a fair bit of success breeds success at Leinster. A bit like how Murray improved dramatically on the Lions tour, being in an environment of top level players brings everyone up. Still 88-10? With all those swathes of Lady GAA players, you'd think they'd be able to find a few to make a team. Maybe use some of the cash spunked on Munster men if they're only concentrating on Leinster now? Poor message you just don't get it, no many Lady GAA players have any interest in playin...

Same with England, which now contents with the huge pull of football. GAA is a much bigger pull than soccer is in England. Every village has their own local team/county that it is a huge pride to represent. It is all about playing for the Parish. GAA is also alot more physical than soccer so that c...

The answer, as with central contracts, is blindingly obvious. The other teams need to improve to a level where Leinster can't send a reserve squad or for a few games a season. The 42 suggesting Ulster are looking at Byrne as a direct replacement for Kitshoff, serious downgrade. Byrne is a washed up nothing player. It’d be doubtful if he gets ahead of Warwick TBH. This is the problem with signing players from Leinster. Usually it’s just the rejects. Milne, McCarthy & Boyl...
