Re: Wallabies 2025: Revenge of the Schmidt
Pity we can't retain Schmidt for the RWC. With him at the helm I could easily see us losing the 3rd v 4th play off.

I'm expecting 20 minutes of serious pace and width from Australia.Oz will have to play error free football with a sustained pressure game for at least 60mins
Could be wrong but I think the bunched up attack against Fiji was a bluff.

A bit of mind games?
It looked like Schmidt was going to pick a massive pack but now we'll have 17 flankers.

Re: Wallabies vs B&I Lions - 1st Test - OFFICIAL!!!!!
Valetini And Gleeson likely both out for the opener… Tom Hooper set to start at 6. Shame if true. Makes me also think Skelton will be starting if Hooper is at 6. Gotta be more than two in the lineout able to be lifted and reliably able to catch. Williams, Hooper and Wilson could do that. Skelton a ...

I think Doran has misread the situation. JOC is in the squad as a mentor. He's not playing unless Lynagh and Donaldson go down injured. He may get some minutes off the bench as reward.

Optus Stadium. Should be a great atmosphere.
Potential banana skin for the Lions in they don't take it seriously. They need to blow the Force out of the water immediately.

Schmidt was desperate to stay home with his son but will now go on the EOYT. Something smells fishy.
If it's about money they're crazy not to just give Schmidt what he wants until the World Cup.

I was at the game and the crowd didn't give the Welcome to Country any respect. A bit embarrassing.
The section in front of me was packed with young women with Waratahs flags. Must have been a rent-a-crowd for television.

Tupou's father died so I can't imagine he'll be back and Daugunu has broken his leg.
Koroibete will almost certainly get the vacant wing spot because Schmidt is very conservative, but I'd love to see Toole.
