He’s addicted to lying , and whilst his critical facilities are now utterly compromised by dementia , he can still lie like there’s no tomorrow.
He might be running on fumes but his descent is steep enough to still crash over the line .

There are degrees. And trust me it really gets tougher on those on benefits under this lot . The screws get really tightened , I used to advocate for clients* that had made tiny mistakes and they were sanctioned without recourse and without apology . It becomes a numbers game , and staff are looked ...

I rated him as a player of both rugby and its league equivalent. An ok boxer but I wasn’t interested in this fight . Met him briefly and he’s a lovely bloke and has a light and very humble charisma . Seems a sad twist on the old tall poopy syndrome that afflicts some people . The better person that ...

It’s genocide .
The tragedy is that it’s being pursued by a nation formed only after the worst genocide in history .
Maybe it’s true that the abused often turns out to be abuser .

How else can he be centre stage ? He’s political views constantly shift to his advantage, as a younger man his narrative was every bit the Māori activist , when it suited him and his ambitions. He’s for sale and has steadily compromised himself arriving at the ghastly ( I’d say corrupt ) populist we...

I liked SBW the Stan sports guy. Had genuine passion but clearly had a bias for his mates like that guy from Tokoroa. His meltdown over Eddie Jones was quite funny. Was quite limited as a rugby player but still quite useful - especially in the World Cup final. As for this boxing thing, there’s no w...

I actually don't mind Nisbett, truth be told, but he needs to get his eyes checked again after that commentator blooper. I’m used to him , but he’s nothing special . He is still the best commentator in NZ. His competition is lousy , and to a large degree any talent deliberately hobbled .

Not sure I understand the criticism of the the kicking game in the first half. The ABs generated three try’s off line out set piece. Generated by…….deliberate kicking tactics. +1, plus a lot of them seemed to be called by players coming through on the chase. I thought our tactics were good! Man som...

What’s with all the whooping and crowing? It was the nature of some of the performance , especially when down to 14 . Accurate and innovative, attacks from all over the place with nice variation. We could have just done the usual running it wide again and again with the counter attack . Relying on ...

Re: NRL in vegas
I don't think it's made much local impact but it's a good event for the NRL. Lots of Aussies come over for it. Was on a flight from Sydney to SF in February and it seemed like half the plane was on their way to the match. Not just fans of the 4 teams playing either. That maybe true, but the way tho...
