The Auckland Blues and Sunwolves finished bottom in Super 2018 and again in the bottom three in 2019. a Country itself should do something about its weak teams. Replace them with better teams from within or cut them.

Lions penalty count were unbelievable. One can't expect them to win playing 13 against 15 at times.

Altitude certainly play a role specially the Kenyans
