Their customer service is quite remarkable, the kids kindles have been broken a few times now, a new one 40 quid, anywhere between 10 and 30 quid back on the old ones and as you say so smoothly done. the cost of a kindle is basically a artificial barrier to entry for folk that wont spend on ebooks....
